Before this release, only the delete tools reported that they were destructive. Every tool that updates, sets or moderates something reported the default.
A client reading the old annotations treated dozens of read-only tools as if they could destroy data, and treated several tools that overwrite as if they could not. Both directions are now measured rather than assumed.
